With sites like Virgin Money Giving now offering easy access to online fundraising, raising sponsorship for Byte Night has never been easier. Friends, colleagues and family from across the globe can quickly and easily support your fundraising efforts by donating safely and securely online.

The more you tell people about your page, the more donations you will attract and the closer you'll be to hitting your target. Give the following a go:

1. Ask everyone you have ever met; colleagues, business contacts, friends and family. Invite your staff to send the link onto their contacts.
2. Keep your contacts coming back for more by turning your fundraising page into a live blog with updates on your fundraising and feelings about your impending night on the street.
3. Keep emailing your contact list regularly with updates on how your fundraising is progressing
4. Track your fundraising progress on social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
