We capture information to support the proper banking of donations and to support our e-newsletter, in this instance we only record your email address, or if you have requested information to be sent, in which case we only record your email address, name and address.
 
In addition information is automatically retrieved on your browsing behaviour through the site. This is used only in aggregate form; no individual registered user is identified. The aggregated data lets us analyse site traffic and ensure that we provide you with a more relevant service.
 
What do we do with the information we collect?
The email address that you provide when you subscribe to our e-newsletter, lets us send you information about important issues and changes to the site via email every two months. Each time you receive a message you will have the option to decline to receive further information from NCH.
 
The email address, name and address you provide when you request information to be sent will only be used to communicate with you about this information in future.
